How to Use the Benefit:By presentation of the Group Sim Card with password and photo document

Note I:The funeral service is offered free of charge only in the perimeter of Rio Claro and Santa Gertrudes

Note II:It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the fees for the wake and burial

Note III:Grupo Sim does not make any kind of reimbursement

Note IV:The transfer is free by land within the cities of Rio Claro and Santa Gertrudes (this service is provided by WA Funerária), outside these cities it is the responsibility of the customer payment of the transfer mileage

Note V:The expenses incurred by the client with third parties, including transfers inside or outside the municipality, will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the client.

Observation VI:The funeral service will be carried out exclusively by WA EMPRESA FUNERÁRIA LTDA contact details above. Service at other similar companies exempts Grupo Sim from any reimbursement for expenses incurred

Note VII:In case of death covered by the Sim Plan, the customer must immediately communicate with Funerária WA provided that the grace period is respected, which is 6 (six) months from the date of signature of the contract
