O Grupo Yes - Yes Planos de Assistência Familiar Ltda, a legal entity governed by private law to inform society and anyone of interest the company Grupo Sim does not have and has never had regional and/or state offices outside the state of São Paulo.
The headquarters of Grupo Sim is located in Piracicaba and concentrates all the operations of its branches in the same building, therefore there are no physical offices outside the city of Piracicaba.
O Grupo Sim clarifies that it does not have any employee and/or other persons authorized to speak on behalf of the company GrupoSim Grupo95 Grupo9 -136bad5cf58d_except your Administrator and Directors.
O Grupo Sim clarifies that there is no named person and/or representative and/or any person or company with autonomy and authority or even any authorization to speak on behalf of our company .
O Grupo Sim esclarece ainda que o Plano Sim é comercializado apenas em Piracicaba e Rio Claro (SP) e cidades in its surroundings and that does not sell any other type of products or plans and/or others in any city and state other than those mentioned above.
O Grupo Sim also clarifies that no company and/or person is authorized to use their CNPJ or any other data and information. We also point out that no company and/or person is authorized to use our Brand and Logo, except for companies that have a partnership with o Grupo Sim and hold this authorization through a clause specified in the contract.
The Grupo Sim recommends that those who eventually receive some type of approach, communicate this fact to the competent authorities.
We also inform that any actions carried out by Grupo Sim are disclosed on our website (www.gruposim.net.br), so that interested parties can verify their suitability and origin.
