Notes I:You and your family do not pay admission or a card, just the medical exam at the cost of R$ 20.00 per person, valid for 6 (six) months. The exam must be held at the club itself on Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm at Avenida Paulista, 818 - Centro / Americana - SP
